Fuentes Flips the Script: Calls Tucker a ‘True Jew Hater,’ Dares Vance to Denounce Him

In a viral clip, the America First host accuses Carlson of “Israel Derangement Syndrome” and says Vance should be asked about it. Whether he meant it straight is anyone’s guess.

Nick Fuentes has found a new way to needle Tucker Carlson — and JD Vance along with him.

In a roughly one-minute clip shared online on Oct. 20 by the X account @ImperiumFirst, Fuentes called Carlson a “true Jew hater” and urged the vice president to condemn him, The Jerusalem Post reported. In the clip, Fuentes accused Carlson of “rabid antisemitism” and said he suffers from “Israel Derangement Syndrome.”

“He’s completely obsessed. It’s all he can talk about,” Fuentes said of Carlson.

Fuentes claimed he had reached out to Carlson during a visit to Maine to steer him away from hatred of Jews, presenting their shared Christianity as the basis for the effort — and said it failed. He then called on Vance to condemn Carlson’s “noxious hatred” and said the vice president should be questioned about it again.

Longtime viewers will recognize the move. For a year, Carlson and his allies have cast themselves as the respectable face of Israel skepticism while keeping their distance from Fuentes. Turning the establishment’s own “antisemitism” standard back on Carlson — and on Vance, who has called Carlson a friend he won’t “throw under the bus” — puts the pressure exactly where Fuentes wants it.

The Post was careful to note what it could not confirm: the recording date and full context of the remarks could not be independently verified, and the excerpt alone did not establish whether Fuentes meant the comments sincerely or sarcastically. The clip was later covered by VINnews and circulated on LinkedIn.

The relationship between the two men has been rocky since Fuentes appeared on Carlson’s show in October 2025. By December 2025, Fuentes was accusing Carlson of dishonesty on stream and criticizing his AmericaFest speech for rejecting white identity politics, according to Mediaite reporting cited by the Post.

Vance, meanwhile, keeps getting asked about Carlson. A week later reporters pressed him on Carlson’s defense of a Michigan Democrat.
