Fuentes: ‘I’m Against Abortion in All Cases’ — but Tired of the Abolitionist Talk

The America First host calls abortion “evil” and “like murder in principle,” while saying it isn’t the issue he cares most about. Pro-life activists pushed back.

Nick Fuentes set off a fight with parts of the pro-life movement during his Oct. 5 livestream — and his full remarks show his position is more complicated than the headlines suggested.

“I’m really tired of all the abortion talk,” Fuentes said, according to LifeSiteNews, which censored his profanity. “It’s not an issue I care that much about.”

In the same breath, he made his view plain: “I’m against abortion in all cases. I think it’s evil. I think it’s like murder in principle.”

His frustration was aimed at “abortion abolitionists,” activists who reject incremental restrictions and demand total bans with criminal penalties for providers and for women who obtain abortions. Fuentes argued his priorities lie elsewhere: “I’m radical I want to save my race,” he said. “I’m radical I want to save Western civilization from being destroyed.”

Pushback came quickly. “Red Top Report” host Joe Enders replied on X that abortion is one of the greatest enemies of the very demographic concerns Fuentes raises. “There are 30 million less white people in America because of abortion,” Enders wrote, adding that “the demographic problem was caused by feminism and will be destroyed by destroying feminism.”

LifeSiteNews used the moment to attack Fuentes broadly, citing past remarks and noting that figures including Elon Musk and Catholic writer John Zmirak have claimed he is a federal agent. Those claims are opinions; LifeSite offered no evidence for them, and Fuentes has long rejected the label.

The dispute reflects a real strategic split on the right. Fuentes, a professed traditional Catholic, holds the hardline moral position — no exceptions — but argues that the movement’s energy belongs on demographics, immigration and civilizational survival rather than on intra-movement purity tests. His critics say the two can’t be separated.

With Republicans facing a predicted rout, the argument over which issues actually move voters is not going away.
